Questions we get asked

Is this an impact measurement framework?
Not primarily. Measurement frameworks define what to count. This defines how the evidence — including qualitative evidence that measurement frameworks tend to drop — gets captured and reused. If you already have a framework, this makes it operable day to day.
Our program staff are already overloaded. Will this add work?
It should remove some. The current cost is usually hidden in reporting season, where evidence gets reconstructed under deadline. Capture designed into the workflow is cheaper than reconstruction, but only if it is genuinely lightweight, which is the hard part of the design.
How do you handle participant privacy and consent?
Consent handling is part of the workflow, not a disclaimer at the end. We design how consent is asked for, recorded, and checked before reuse, including how someone withdraws it later.
